• Отель достаточно высокого уровня. По соотношению цена/качество соответствует аналогичным европейским отелям (например, в Вильнюсе, Милане). На территории и в номерах очень уютно. Несмотря на небольшие размеры, продумана каждая деталь интерьера. Например, в номере вся мебель грамотно расположена и функциональна. Вежливый персонал и вкусные завтраки. Хороший район, тихий. До центра минут 15-20 пешком. И самое главное: отель учитывает пожелания при бронировании номеров. Так, нам был предоставлен номер с балконом (для нас, курящих, это основной критерий при выборе гостиницы), хотя не во всех номерах аналогичной категории он предусмотрен.

• Das Frühstück war richtig gut, der Kaffee auch. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Dachfenster, was mir so eigentlich nichts ausmacht. Die Toilette im Bad verlor ein wenig Wasser, aber das ist sicher nur ein kleines Problem und nicht in jedem Zimmer der Fall. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man zu fuß in gut 10-15 Minuten. Sehr praktisch! An sich ist das Hotel schwerstens in Ordnung!!

• Зупинялась у готелі Еней ще кілька років тому. Того разу все дуже сподобалось і , як виявилось, за кілька років нічого не змінилось на гірше. У готелю є два головні козирі – то гарний чистий відкритий басейн з підігрівом та чудовий персонал. Я дуже часто подорожую і зазвичай зупиняюсь в трохи дорожчих готелях, та відкритий басейн у Львові при готелю знайти не просто (майже не реально), тому вибрала саме Еней. Зовсім не шкодую, так як готель майже нічим не поступається тим, що знаходяться в центрі та коштують 2000-2500 за стандарт. Він в тихому місці, весь у зелені, в ресторані є відкрита зручна тераса, в номерах дуже зручні ліжка та подушки. Готують смачно, ціни правда не низькі, але їжа якісна. На сніданок вибір не великий (шведська лінія), але все що треба є. Влітку для мене зовсім не було проблемою прогулятись до центру хвилин 20, зате мала змогу дихати чистішим повітрям та плавати у тепленькому басейні навіть коли ставало прохолодно. В дуже холодну пору, мабуть, для прогулянки трохи буде далеченько. Я рідко у відгуках нахвалюю персонал (нажаль, з цим не все добре в Україні), але тут всі без виключення були чудові. Не знаю в чому їхній секрет, але для України і готелю з досить не завищеними цінами це велика рідкість, найприємніше враження залишилиось саме від обслуговування у ресторані та на ресепції.

Great stay & xmas surprise too

We have just had a beautiful stay in this awesome hotel in lviv, came to visit friends of my wife in her hometown, these guys were so welcoming that we ended up inviting them to the hotel for a semi traditional orthodox xmas feast which was well tasty!
these guys just went out of their way to provide great personalised service…more butter for me & hot milk for my wife's coffee & a myriad other small but significant touches that made us very comfortable! We have found our base for all future vista to this brilliant city, I hope that writing this review does not lead to the hotel being so busy that we can't get a room next time!

Brilliantly friendly

We went with our family and a group of friends. The hotel is such a nice place to stay. Very kid friendly hotel with laid back staff who are happy to help out. We were there for their anniversary of opening and they had a party on. We were welcomed in for food and drinks which was so kind. Oleksiy, the barman and waiter, was really good with our son when he started to get grumpy and was just really helpful in general. Definitely worth staying there. Good job!

Quiet respite at the edge of town

We stayed here 5 nights and were very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. They also have dinner until 2200 but we didn't eat there. Bed was superb with a real queen size duvet, not the skinny pile-on type they feature here in Europe most of the time. It's a short 5$ US to town by cab. They have a pool, though at 13 C there weren't any takers. Staff speaks excellent English and very helpful. Car park is secured. It's not cheap by Ukrainian standards, but it's a tourist boutique hotel. I highly recommend it. We faced the pool, though the street is very quiet

Pleasant hotel and great restaurant with local and international fare

I stayed at this hotel for a week, my wife for longer than me (four weeks) for an extended family visit. The rooms were at around european average size for two of us and were scrupulously clean and well maintained, as well as well heater (a requirement at the time of year we stayed). The staff were pleasant, however some had limited english. The hotel has a pool in summer and is pretty well located, perhaps 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. We had previouly stayed at the Leopolis last year and found this hotel much better value for money and with a more local feel. The breakfast was fresh and varied (ordered ala carte) with terrific coffee. Overall this hotel is recommended as a good option for Lviv.

Great Find!

Wow, what a find! A true European boutique hotel, where everything works: staff is premier: polite, courteous, helpful and personable, without being obsequious, and zero attitude. By the time I left at the end of a week, all were like friends and family (in a good way). Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Large windows open two directions as may be desired. Highly comfortable bed, with high quality bedding and nice big fluffy pillows. Great comfort – which often is not the case in Ukraine or Europe. Nice clean bathroom with good towels and plenty of water pressure in Euro-style shower. Couch folds out to bed if desired. Desk and chairs only adequate. Hallways decorated with original art and high quality Klimt prints. Very nice restaurant with morning breakfast included with room and great weekend buffet. Quality bar with great menu of scotch and other high quality spirits. Surprisingly good Georgian (Eastern Europe, not southern U.S.) red wines too. Secured private grounds with outdoor swimming pool (unfortunately was in process of preparation for summer season when I stayed in early spring). Safe neighborhood near medical school, veterinary school, with many graduate-level students and professors walking the area, as well as botanical gardens, several parks to run and grand historic cemetery. Pleasant 15-20 minute walk to main Central Market area with all shops, bistros, Opera House and museums along ancient cobblestone roads. Obviously known by right people in the region because cars parked are Mercedes, SUVs and like quality vehicles. However, for all its great quality, it is priced at a fraction of other hotels in area, and less than even cheap hotels in U.S. An excellent find. Lviv itself is a grand city in far western Ukraine, far removed from regions with political and other issues, has very relaxed and comfortable vibe, no apparent tensions, upper middle class community with great history. Never felt unease anywhere, any time. People friendly and warm, and everyone tries to help English-speakers. Overall, a fabulous experience I undertook simply on a whim . . .

Good enough

Stayed there for 4 nights, the location is a bit away from the center, but honestly it was fine, the rooms are clean and nice, the staff very attentive with good command of English, the restaurant is also very good, looking forward to come back during summer season.

Lovely friendly hotel

Eney hotel is a lovely, clean hotel, quite close to the city centre...where you can see a brilliant opera at very reasonable cost. The rooms have plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper etc. The menu is varied and the food is good. The staff are friendly and the owners are down to earth and very welcoming. We stayed in June so had a lovely week of sunshine by their swimming pool and the rest of the time was spent getting our teeth fixed at very reasonable cost close by. There is a lovely market 15 minutes away that sells all kinds of local products, fruits, mushrooms, beetroots, honey, cucumbers etc, so getting a flavour of this area. Lviv is a lovely place I have discovered and I hope to stay at Eney hotel soon.

Perfect

I stayed at the Eney hotel for 5 nights in March and had an absolutely wonderful stay. And what's not to love about this charming boutique hotel? From the moment I arrived at the hotel I felt that I made the correct choice.The staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating -- friendly & attentive, but always professional. The rooms are wonderfully appointed, very elegant, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Unforgettable stay at the Lviv charming hotel

We just spent a week in Lviv and our choice of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. The atmosphere which proprietors and staff of the Eney created, makes you feel welcomed from the minute you step in. The cleanliness and charm, the impeccable service makes Eney the home away from home. The manager Oleg was going out of his way to accommodate all our requests and answer all our questions. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing , very fresh and tasty. We are grateful to everyone at Eney who made our stay in Lviv a very pleasant one.

Amazing place and great location

We were recommended to visit this small but wonderfully charming hotel Eney and we found it located in a lovely spot. It is close to the city centre and you can find anytging you need there. We really loved the cuisine as it is one of my favourite Mediterranean. The special thanks to the staff who is eager to keep the hotel and rooms clean.

A Hidden Gem in Lviv

I am astonished after reading a couple of less-than-complimentary reviews of this hotel. I just sent four nights there and everything was as near perfect as it can get. Yes, room rates are a touch high, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and neat and new, the breakfasts were made-to-order, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the general atmosphere was helpful and pleasant. Andrei at the front desk and Andrei at the bar made my stay even better. I have nothing negative to say about my stay and hope everyone who stays here feels the same.

Outstanding, Wonderful Boutique hotel

I stayed at the Eney hotel for 5 nights in March and had an absolutely wonderful stay. And what's not to love about this charming boutique hotel? The rooms are wonderfully appointed, very elegant, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with lovely toiletries, plush towels bathrobes and slippers. The location is perfect - on a very quite street close to everything.
Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.

Great service, great food, great staff, in a relaxed atmosphere.

I stayed at the Eney Hotel with my father for 4 nights during the Euro Cup in June of 2012. Andrei, the waiter, in particular made this a fun stay. Not only was he very accommodating, but also hilarious. He brought us extra coffee without us having to ask once he figured out our routine. He exchanged Ukrainian jokes with my dad every morning. He was always in a good mood and had a smile on his face. All the concierges we met were excellent as well. There were three that we met. One of them suggested an acquaintance (a knowledgeable history buff) for a walking tour of Lviv, that was cheap and fantastic. The room was small but the beds were comfortable, it overlooked the pool, and it was very clean. The outdoor swimming pool is immaculate. I did a few laps and laid out in the sun (when it didn't rain), and it was very quiet and relaxing. The walk to the center of town is about 15 minutes but there are a couple good restaurants to try out along the way. The local Lvivske beer is refreshing. The only negative is that the rates were high for the Euro Cup, but that's understandable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again, in fact, I just may!

A nice hotel 15-min walk from the center

Chose it for what seemed to be the best price-quality ratio and that was a good choice. The hotel is small and cosy. It has a very pleasant yard and a small pool. The staff is perfect.
The downside is that the doors don't provide high noise-proof. Thus if your neighbors are calm and sleep at night - its gonna be all right. Otherwise you'll hear all what happens in the corridor. A very small number of rooms on the floor (like 4 or 5 if I'm not mistaken) is a good point, meaning that your chances to have noisy neighbors aren't that high. No noise from the street- the street is very calm.

Nice relaxed place to stay

The hotel is a level ten to fifteen minute walk from town along a pleasant street.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were good. The room was a bit on the small side and there is no lift.
Staff spoke English and were helpful.

Loved the peace and quiet

My boyfriend and I travelled to Lviv for very personal rasons ans stayed at the Eney. We loved it. The staff were friendly and the suite we had booked was sufficient for our needs. Most nights we ate in the hotel restaraunt and the food was delicious. They provided a very extensive menu which should cater for most peoples palates. We had to walk about 15minutes into the main town but it was a very pleasant walk and every day we found somewhere new to explore. If we ever ventutre back to the Ukraine we would certainley consider staying here again.

Weather was perfect, too. We, all eight of us, loved it. Highly recommended. Thank you Eney!
