Free services:

If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in a luggage room. Early check-in is possible if the room is free; late check-out is available for an extra charge, depending on availability of the room. Upon extension of stay until 6 p.m. an additional payment is made in the amount of half of the daily rate of the room, and after 6 p.m. the full price is paid.

• Breakfast buffet or à la carte is served between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Should you have to depart earlier, we can prepare a take away breakfast on request. Please inform the reception no later than 10 p.m. the night before your departure. You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet for 180 UAH per person on the day of arrival. Breakfast in the room is served at an additional charge of 25 UAH per person.

• Unfortunately, due to constructional restraints, the hotel is not suitable for the disabled.

Extra services:

• Serving at the bar, restaurant, pavilion and on the summer terrace from 8p.m. to 11 p.m. Orders are accepted until 10 p.m.
• Adapter. The voltage in Ukraine is 220 V. Adapters can be borrowed (deposit $25.00) at the front desk.
